Thanks to our management system, we efficiently ensure consistent compliance with relevant legal and other requirements that apply to Dussmann Lithuania. Our management system is certified according to the following standards:

  • Quality management pursuant to EN ISO 9001:2015
  • Environmental management pursuant to EN ISO 14001:2015
  • Occupational safety and health pursuant to ISO 45001:2018
  • Food safety pursuant to EN ISO 22000:2018
  • Energy management pursuant to EN ISO 50001:2018

We achieve this by:

    • Preventing accidents, occupational illnesses and general illnesses in the workplace.

    • Recording indicators (key figures) to assess the effectiveness and performance of occupational health and safety
    • Advising the management and all executives and authorized persons on the application of our occupational health and safety management system    

    Software-supported management system processes   

    Our management system’s processes are supported through the use of various IT applications, which allows us to collect, analyze, and interpret a wealth of relevant data efficiently and draw the right conclusions for targeted improvement.     

    Management responsibility   

    The executive management is responsible for our integrated management system. It provides the necessary resources for this and oversees the consistent implementation of all requirements associated with our management system.

    • Part of these efforts is an annual management review by the executive management, in which the leadership analyzes and evaluates the suitability, effectiveness, and maturity of our management system and uses this as a basis for drawing key conclusions with regard to the strategic alignment and further development of the company and its management system.
